I'm looking at a product called AutoWebinar Profits that was created by Mario Brown. This is a "Behind the Scenes look" Case Study of how Mario was able to create an automated system that attracts prospects, invites them to register for as well as attend a webinar, and forward post-webinar emails that converts these prospects into customers.


In this case study, Mario shares how he created this automated system to ultimately sell his Passion2Profits Course.

The description of this automated system caught my attention. Plus, I was really impressed by the 18 Written Product Testimonials on the Sales Page. This is a big reason that I wanted to check out AutoWebinar Profits.

What is AutoWebinar Profits?


Making money through Webinars can be tough, especially if you don't know what you are doing. It truly is not just a matter of start the webinar and they will come.

AutoWebinar Profits provides training videos that explain the steps that you should follow to automate the sales process before, during, and after your recorded webinar, if you want to make a profit.

Also included are demonstrations of the tools that Mario uses to automate this process--such as Video Ads, Landing Pages, and Follow-Up emails.

Upon entering the Members Area, you'll see a video and written welcome on the right side, which gives an introduction to the product.

To the top left, you'll see a video entitled Mario's Journey to Success. Mario did not include this video to brag, but to convey the message: if I can do it, so can you!

The support button is on the upper right side and the modules go from top to bottom on the left side.

The training is divided into 7 modules. The videos are easily accessible, with headings that are well marked.

Each Training Area Includes:

• At least one training video. In several cases, the modules are divided into two or three videos, which typically last between 4 and 8 minutes each.
• A Preview at the start. You will know exactly what will be covered in that video.
• Demonstrations of the of the tool(s) that Mario uses in that particular step.

Here are the Key Training Modules:

System Overview: Mario discusses the downfall of most internet marketers--trying to do too much at the same time.

He mentions attempting product launches, ecommerce, seo, twitter, Facebook, YouTube advertising, Google advertising... at the same time.

Mario then explains the benefits of focusing on:

• One mechanism to attract leads (Facebook Ads for this case study)
• one mechanism to convert leads (Webinars for this case study)
• One mechanism to automate the conversion of leads to customers (email for this case study)
  

Mental Toughness for Laser Focus & Execution: Mario explains the mindset needed for success by sharing his three mantras.

One of his mantras is Massive Imperfect Action. In other words, good is good enough. Many of us wait until our product, blog, ad, etc. is "perfect" before putting it online. As a result, we never produce anything and our projects collect dust.

To that, Mario stresses that we should take action when we feel something is imperfect, but still good.


Mario added that very few people attended his first webinar and his first product was a 4 page PDF with lots of errors.


Another Mantra, one on which this case study is based, is to
Work Hard Only Once.


In other words, do the work that it takes to set-up the system. Once each part of the system is functioning correctly, it's just a matter of upkeep.

Facebook Video Ads: You will learn how Mario designs the ads that he places on Facebook to attract leads.

Part by part, Mario demonstrates as well as explains the content, design, and placement strategies followed for an actual Facebook Ad of his.

He also explains why he violates the conventional thought of short copy and short videos--as well as how it results in larger webinar attendance.

Best Converting Landing Page: Ok, they've clicked on your Facebook Ad. Now what?

Mario demonstrates the elements of his landing pages that prospects see after responding to the Facebook Ad.

Following the Registration Page, Marion discusses the in's and out's of the Thank You Page and it's importance for encouraging prospects to attend the webinar.

He explains why and how congruency, consistency, and urgency actually motivated people to register for his Passion2Profits Webinar.

Webinar Secrets: The recorded webinar itself. Mario explains the opening of a webinar (including his background and preview of three helpful ideas), sharing three helpful ideas in detail, and an overview of the sales pitch.

He provides suggested time amounts for each part of the webinar so that you won't deliver a 3 hour webinar!

Facebook Ads Insights & Targeting: Mario gets into more of the specifics of using Facebook to inexpensively target prospects. I was a bit surprised that this module was not placed with the other Facebook related content.

3 Phases of Audience Domination: This is a classification of prospects that Mario created, ranging from Cold Prospects (who don't know him) to Loyal Customers.

Marion discuses how he uses Retargeting to transform his targeted customers through each phase.

Follow-Up Emails: Mario shares the follow-up emails that are sent to prospects after the Webinar as well as the sequence and the timing of such emails.

Mario stressed that most customers purchased this product from the follow-up emails, not during the webinar.

Each module video takes you through a step-by-step process from start to finish. There is no fluff in the course.

A word to the wise: Marion speaks quickly (he even admits this in the case study). You'll probably need to watch each video more than once.

You'll probably need to pause the video to take notes.

Likes and Dislikes

Likes

• Videos- I like the manner in which some modules are divided into two or three parts. This makes it easier to digest the information in smaller parts. Mario immediately gets into the content. He does an exceptional job of demonstrating his tools of the trade.
• Credible- Mario actually shows the amount of income made through hosting a recent webinar. He proves that this method works.
• User Friendly- Member Area is easy to navigate. The training Modules are well labeled.
• Preview- I like Mario's use of previews. When I know what to expect, I have an easier time following the video and understanding the content.
• Enthusiasm- Mario is one of the most enthusiastic presenters that I've ever seen. If he could, I think he would jump out of the screen, shake your hand, give you a kick in the pants, and cheer for you at the same time!

Dislikes

• Not Enough Written Material- I would love more written material such as Printable "highlights" of each video, transcripts, and written instructions.
• More on Hosting the Webinar- While Mario explains what to do during the webinar, I would love more insight on such areas as how to control stage fright, how to create the webinar's three helpful ideas, how to create the sales pitch, etc. The thought of hosting the webinar (even a recorded webinar) is probably what scares people the most.

OTO's/Upsells: There are 3 OTO's. I have not seen the first two of them, but here is my understanding of these two OTO's:


OTO #1 contains templates for the written items demonstrated during the videos (Facebook Ads, Registration Forms, Follow-Up Emails, etc.).


OTO #2 contains templates for the webinar content and sales pitch.


Both of these OTO's seem to make the automating process much quicker than facing the task of copying the contents from your computer screen.


OTO #3 is Mario's Consulting Mastery Course, sold at a substantial discount from the $997.00 Selling Price.


Consulting Mastery provides training videos designed to help you succeed as a consultant in any field, not just Internet Marketing.


Marios goal in this course is to teach anybody who is interested in consulting (or anybody who is thinking about it) a simple, step-by-step strategy for opening and running a consulting business.

Conclusion


What is my overall opinion of AutoWebinar Profits?

Despite the fast vocal pace, limited webinar hosting advice and not as much written material as I would have liked, this product is a wise investment.

The content is useful. Mario's previews do a great job of orienting you towards the video content.

While those who already enjoy success in webinars probably won't need this case study, Autowebinar Profits will help those with little or no webinar experience.


It will also be valuable to those who are struggling to make money through webinars.

If you follow Mario's directions, you will be successful with webinars.

After all, You're learning from somebody who follows these steps and makes an impressive profit.
