It has been 7 days since I purchased Multistore Builder and I have not been successful in getting it to work. Support was trying to help but I have not heard from them in two days. Oh boy, just for information:

It's been very exhausting to setup this thing. Still, no success.

What happened since I paid for all the OTO's and etc.

1- I couldn't get to the sections where I had already paid.
2- There was a problem downloading agency plugin.
3- I couldn't download themes. They sent me via email. One of them worked, other 2 couldn't get installed.
4- There was s Spy Stream Pro installation problem.
5- I hardly got loaded 90 products. The web site only shows 10 of them. (Featured and display amount of items etc. are properly adjusted.)

I don't know. I have 4 tickets still being processed. It is very disappointing. You pay hundreds of dollars and you still need to send a ticket every single step.

Despite getting a lot of hits on my site there have been no click throughs and no sales as yet. I think it's probably design but I have not been able to do much for the last month due to injuring my hand.

I am still having issues with other API keys.
I don't seem to be able to find the Walmart keys, I have an account with Rakuten and Walmart have approved my application.

The instructions for Best Buy, Aliexpress, Envato and Shopify don't seem to match their websites.
Can you check the links and tell me where I'm screwing this up please?

Yes I have viewed the training and found it difficult to follow. I have been back over it again and managed to figure most of it out.

I have now hit another obstacle.
After importing products I have found that it isn't possible to view more than one page of products under the Load Save Products tab. The little change bar at the bottom of the page keeps reloading the first page and doesn't progress to subsequent pages.

I have tried with both Opera and Firefox with the same result.
Do you have a solution to this issue?

Adding to my previous question.
I have found that I can only edit some of the product details and information so I cannot correct some of the spelling errors in the descriptions etc.
I have also found several products where the buy button is completely black, text and all so to all intents and purposes there is just a black rectangle rather than a buy button.
I can't edit this either.

For an ecommerce site this is totally unacceptable.

Do you have a solution for this?

11 days and no solution to a game stopper.

Now my host has shut down my whole site so I can't log in to request a refund through their email inside the product.

Quite frankly, all those people who have been promoting this product should be ashamed of themselves. They clearly haven't even tried it or they would have found out what the rest of us have.

My daughter wrote better websites when she was 9 yers old.

I have been polite up to now but the gloves will be coming off if a full refund is not forthcoming by the end of the week.
