Hello all, My developer and I have, for the last year been working on an idea to create a better help desk. Our software will allow an end user to show his screen in real time and record his or her voice at the same time using a cell phone or desk phone. Our software then makes a perfect video for you to review in your dashboard. You can now see and hear what the end user is having a problem with on their computer. NO, the end user does not need a microphone like other software. We make it work through the phone. Then you get to review the video and decide if you want to fix it on your end or call the end user. Saves time. If you fall under one of this area's, you may want to give it a trial.
This software could really help you save time and with your own online dashboard you can organize and respond to user created video’s that come in as trouble tickets or just manage your own videos. I have software setup already for my clients. But if you don't have that, use the FREE www.AnyDesk.com software. User downloads it on there end and you on your end. Free and works great. Hope this helps. |
