I'm looking to sell the rights to a book of dating advice for men I wrote some years ago. It was inspired by "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", so it chronicles the adventures of a loser with women and dating who meets a mentor and learns the secrets, which makes it not only educational but also fun to read.

I can't help with the selling of the rights, but this book will be a must-have. Most of the men really need some dating advice.
