On 8-22-I ordered some DVDS from him that he called a "garage Sale" $97 I thought a good price because his free videos are great, lots of content. There was also $6+ shipping. The bad news I'm still waiting for them. I called him several times and always got the answering machine. I left 2-3 messages a day. I got a msg from paypal they were shipped 8-28 so I didn't start calling him until 9-6. He finally e-mailed me 9-13 saying they would be shipped within the week. I'm waiting. Did anyone else buy these DVD's? Did you get them? This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced.

I tried Simple Sites Program and I really wasn't that impressed. Yes he does have some good concept and ideas but his overall presentation isn't very professional looking and when you pay the $300.00 you feel like you regred doing it and you want your money back. This is what I did was ask for a refund after I had to fight for it. I had actually esclated it to click bank and they gave me confirmation they will refund the money. Also I spend another $100 on his support/university and to have him look at my site for him to say "your site is boring" and with no reasons or follow up to help me with my site. After this incident I a wanted my money back. Also when you are in the members area he has borken links and some videos don't work. Also he really doesn't teach you how to build site but rather skips over many details of a, b, c. He program also does a poor job at SEO but really focuses on PPC instead. So if you are newbie I would not recommend his program.

So my word is caution with his program and there are many other programs out there are far superior and less money. Thanks
