Assuming you're referring to "Private SOCKS 5 proxies" service and assuming that your home connection can handle it, speed is 5Mbps ~500kB/s.

I don´t currently have web servers set up on other locations but i do know other locations gives the promised speed as well in case your own connection is good enough.
