I see the .0005 US per visit. What does that work out to as a monthly rate? Are these people targeted to the category of the product the website is selling or are they just redirected through pop ups that they will likely close the second the page opens? also, are you setting up a website with info and paypal gateway. if so, What is the url?

Monthly rate? there is no monthly rate, you just buy base on that price.

This people are not targeted. Some may be targeted by chance some are not.

So generally you can take it as its not targeted.
But the general crowd will want to know how to make money if you know how to capture their attention.

As mentioned in my main thread post the main thing is to push the alexa rankings, but at the same time this are real people thus they might sign up or even purchase something but that is a bonus or side advantage.

So even if people are closing your site once they see it load up it will still help in ur alexa rankings. That is the whole idea.
