I give you access to create your own .edu blog inside of an existing .edu site.

You will create your own user-name and pass word for your .edu blog site then you can add whatever content and links to your .edu site.

Right?
Correct.

Once you have established your user-name and password, you can log in to your .edu site and add as many links as you want and as much content as you wish to your .edu site.

Some questions.

1) What is the PR of the main EDU domain itself?
2) Are there limitations on niche/topic? Let's say we want to write about male enhancement....
3) I believe this is using WP MU and each "site" you sell will be a subdomain or subfolder right? How long will the "site" given by you last, you think?

Thanks

Thanks for the questions.

1) Pr 6
2) Yes, you can write/link about male enhancement
3) Not WP. How long with the site last? As long as you leave it up, you are in complete control of your edu site. The site has been around for several years.

Good question Online Empire,

Yes, this is 100% legal. No black hat tricks here.

You do not have to belong to any school.

Nor do you need a student ID to get your edu blog.

Ok I just purchased this out of curiosity since I've heard how much google juice edu. sites have.

The setup instructions were pretty easy and took me about 5 minutes. I've posted several of my websites links to my edu site so far.

Does anybody knows how long it takes before google indexes?

Thanks for the product!!

The value of the links from this PR6 site will depend - obviously - on the context. If the context is related to your anchor text it could be very powerful - IF you post some valuable content to go with it and then create backlinks to your backlink.

$5 for an .edu blog?

I'm going to buy right now - will report back here IF I get the links indexed.

I bought it, and here are the results:

The site is a PR6 site that is 5 years old. It has 280,000 pages of indexed content, 131K backlinks to the domain, 4600 referrers, and almost 4,000 .edu and .gov links.

The process is easy - note the time and date stamps of my post above and this. I paid, created the account and posted on the blog as of this time.

However, the WSO is misleading. You DO NOT get your own .edu site, nor do you get your own .edu blog. This WSO needs to be updated to be more accurate.

Instead, you get a membership on an established .edu that allows you to post status updates in a way that is very similar to Facebook.

Worth $5? Probably. Accurately advertised? NO.

I will report back here once I get a couple of links indexed.

Is the content posted on the sub-domain of the Pr 6 edu site?

I grabbed this as i was curious, I was actually able to write a whole page article, but the links don't go in the way you would expect, I was not able to use common html code to create a keyword backlink (well it would not do it for me)... I will see what happens if it gets indexed, it will be interesting to see if each page is treated separately.. But for 6 bucks to be shown where to go to get access to the site, I guess it was worth it...

I would also like to know if this is on a sub domain of the pr6 site or actually on the main URL?
Cheers.

Eguy & Tuk485, the main .edu page is a pr6 when you get your account inside of the .edu site you will have your own personal page, which will not be a pr6. With some simple backlinking strategies linking to Your edu page you could possibly raise your edu account page ranking depending on what you do with your edu account page backlinking strategy.

You are in control of what content and what links you post on your edu page.
