[Wanted] Established sites with earnings ($100-$200) and traffic (1000 uniques/month)
 

What I want

• Established site: At least 6 months old
• Traffic of at least 1000 uniques/month (need verifiable stats)
• Preferred earnings of $100-$200
• Prefer content sites, specifically forums
• Prefer site on page 2 or 3 of Google for major search terms (check in SEM Rush)
• 3 sites in total, if you have more than one please let me know

My budget for these sites
I've got $6000 to spend on (ideally) 3 sites. This could mean $4000 on one and $2000 on the other two so tell me what you have and how much you think its worth. We'll go from there. I'll value your site using my own methods (traffic, age, profits, authority) and make you an offer based on what I feel it is worth. The cash is standing by in my Paypal account and I want to have 3 sites by the end of January. I pay quickly and in full.

What I don't want
I'm not interested in anything vastly different from the above description at this point in time. Please don't contact me if your site is significantly different as I won't reply. Nothing personal!

Who I am
I'm a web developer and marketer from the UK. I've been working for myself for about a year but I want to get into site-flipping full time and I'm looking for a few sites to get started, growing some and selling some to buy more.
