The links that I checked were mostly there. The OP has mentioned that a few links will take time to show up, so I am okay with that.

The quality of comments were okay, so I hardly suppose that they would be deleted. The sites were mostly unique but not all, but then I have received 25 links rather than 20 (25% overdelivery), so that makes up for it. The number of OBLs are high though often, that's the only con side. I did not count the number of unique domains, but it is probably around 20.

Overall rating: Recommended. Go ahead if you are lookking to order this service.

EDIT: I should also mention, the blog comments are topical. So if the blog is on justice then the comment is laso on justice, and if the blog is on health then the comment is also related to health. So I think this should really keep the stick rate high.

All of the links are either blog.xxx.edu or something similar. None are .edu.xxx which you sometimes run into on WF. I even saw one .gov website on the list which is always hard to get indexed. I haven't seen any of them show up as backlinks yet but I just pinged them a few days ago so it might be a few weeks before they start showing up.
