How long will the whole process take to complete?
The all-inclusive package will take ~30 days from start to finish. The other packages typically take 2-3 weeks.

What are the name(s) of the bank you will be using to set up my account?
To protect our banks and relationships we will not be revealing the name(s) of the bank until you are a customer of our service.

What type of business entity will it be? What state will you incorporate my business in?
We will set up an LLC for you. We can set it up in EITHER the state of Delaware OR the state of Nevada. It is your choice. Many people prefer Delaware because the process can be done 100% electronically and is therefore much faster. Incorporating in New Mexico requires original copies of signatures and takes a couple weeks longer to set up, but there are NO ongoing annual filing requirements or franchise fees or taxes (like there is for Delaware). We will provide more information about this after you place your order, and you can tell us which state you want us to incorporate your business in.

Do you obtain an EIN and the Articles of Organization for me?
Yes, we obtain both of these for you. The original documents will be sent to the US street adress you provide. We'll also send you a PDF copy of the both of these documents.

Will you be a signer on my bank account?
No, the bank account is exclusively yours. You will be the only account holder of the bank account. We are merely assisting you with setting up the account, but it is your account.

Is this a real US bank account? Is it an eTrade account?
This is a legitimate US business bank account with a prominent bank in the USA. It is NOT an eTrade account. We do not offer an offshore bank account.
Does the bank have online banking and ATM machines?
Yes, the bank offers online banking and has ATM facilities.

I have an Internet Marketing business; can I get a US merchant account?

Can I use this bank account to verify with PayPal.us?

What happens once I make payment?

yes.. i already used their service and already got my company formed in New Mexico and my EIN... applied that to Amazon and other sites i am dealing with and they are no more taking 30% tax with holding.

There are a few things to consider if you are a US resident that is not mentioned in the post. If you do open an international bank account, although it seems like it would be great, you have to understand you will be under more IRS scrutiny when you do so. I have first hand experience and I wouldn't want any to fall into the same trap. Be sure to talk to a certified account that is trained by the IRS first.

I never got the bank account, or a refund or any reply to my emails.
