I can guarantee optins because usually after an email blast the customer lets me know how many optins they get. I use that data from multiple customers to put a realistic guarantee on the optins.

Hi, I just ordered, and it seems like your signature reads 1000 visitors 100 signups, then ClickBank reads 500 visitors and 50 signups, and the confirmation page reads http://20dollarsoloads.com/h77.jpg
