Me & Silva Life System
I'm so GLAD i decided to try the silva life system. First, of course i tried the 9-part free course. So, i opted in and got access to the 9 part free course. Some of us may think (including me) free stuff isn't most of the time as good as paid. In this case the the "Silva Starter Kit" was totally different. It was amazing, loaded with information i was looking for, they even included the silva centering exercise.
