Other people here should know about this, so you shouldn't remove it! Hi cindy, There is no such FB ID option or FB ID required field in the Theme option. This is really getting stupid. I provided my WordPress details for you for a reason - to login and check it and fix it. That's the second time I've mentioned that. Further, I find it silly that I had to mention the other problem being this one, didn't you read the ticket? That's why I'm saying this is stupid! And it's been over a week and you seem to think this is ok because you make no apologies for it, again. Why do issues and delays like this keep happening with this service? You seem to not care about this because this is the second time this has happened. Why don't you just login, have a look, and fix the problem instead of this writing back and forth about stuff like a FB ID requirement that is not even in the Theme Options, which you should already know about because you created it? This is really silly, stupid and a waste of my time Cindy, I don't see why this should happen again and again and again. I did provide my details so you can login to check it out and fix it. And again I don't think anyone should go through this, which you aren't taking very seriously. I'm going to let Athony Aires, Brad Gosse, and the Warrior Forum community know about this. I've invested in three of your products, provided my details so you can check it out and fix it. I have a business to run and I'm not happy about writing back and forth over stuff you should already know. I need this fixed! Thanks, Keeyong |

I did login and saw that you have the Sneaky Like set to yes. The Like is supposed to be a stealth one in the background (that's probably the single most powerful feature in this theme). The Like button will only work if you are logged into Facebook or have your login set to remember. If you are not logged in at FB then the pop up for logging in will appear. As mentioned in the tutorial video, this is a sneaky like and the status won't show. For 90% of users this will work fine. If you still experience problems, it could possibly be that you may have a plugin installed that could be in conflict with the Like button. You might need to disable any plugins you have one by one to determine which on could be causing the problem. Regards. All Likes are checked to Yes even the Sneaky Like feature (I already know what this is). "If you are not logged in at FB then the pop up for logging in will appear." That's the problem! How many times do I have to repeat myself? This is what I said: "All Likes are enabled or checked as Yes in the Theme Options, but when I click on the Like button it's not working." When I click on the Like button it's not working, there's nothing popping up, i.e., the pop up for logging in is not appearing! There's a problem with this plugin you need to fix for me. In any case, I have asked our programmer to check once more. Regards. Cindy R., SJC Support Rated as not helpful 2013-03-13 00:00:25 Name: Keeyong Message: Cindy, The Like button not the comments. I have said this numerous times already. The Like button. Copied and pasted from above: 1. "What about the other problem "Also the Like button is diabled on posts and homepage" All Likes are enabled or checked as Yes in the Theme Options, but when I click on the Like button it's not working." 2. "There is no such FB ID option or FB ID required field in the Theme option." 3. And then you say something about comments rather then the issue of the Like button here: "Per our programmer, comments have have been enabled, in settings->discussion they are set to enabled. But as the option says it only effects new posts. Any posts created when this option was disabled would not allow comments, only new posts created after this option is enabled will allow it" Do you see why this is stupid? Then I say: "The issue is with the Like button not working not the comments. This is why I'm saying this is getting really stupid. Please get this fixed for me and read the ticket properly." I shouldn't have to repeat myself and copy and paste the above here for you. I need this fixed! Thanks, Keeyong |

Date:2013-03-15 18:57:20Name:Keeyong Message: Alright all is resolved! I unchecked the mark for the sneaky Like Button located in the Theme Options. This was a bit confusing and yes you can click the Like Button and the Like will show up as a post on your Facebook - provided you're already logged in! [You still have to log into Facebook to Like or use the Like button] You could at least unchecked it for me and then explain it like: Go to theme options > uncheck the sneaky like button. This will enable the pop up to show then you can login to facebook to like. Or to use the sneaky Like button: Go to theme options > check the sneaky like button. This will enable the Like button to work by automatically posting the like to facebook without the pop up showing or requesting you to login, because it is assumed you're already logged into your facebook, hence no need for the pop up and the login. In other words, if you're not logged into facebook and you click on the like button, it will not work. Therefore, both options require you to log into facebook. I did provide my details for you so you could have done this for me and the issue would have been resolved weeks ago. |

Is there a way to allow users to edit their bookmark once they submit a link? This seems like important functionality to me but I can't find it. Thank.
