Hi Cato,

The pricing is based on hours spent by the person manning your helpdesk and the number of agents you want to hire. This could be as less as 30 minutes per day and as high as 8 hours.

If you're running a service, we also provide 24x7 support for your customers.

And if you don't already have a helpdesk, we suggest a few options and help you install it as well
