I'm in the same boat. Having "communication problems" (which will cost me a Support Renewal @ $97 to clear up).

My question to you is, have you moved on to a better membership site software, theme or plugin solution? How 'bout the S2 Member WP plugin?

Is there a WF consensus on this product at this point?

I have been using member rocket for a long time now. I found at first I was lost but but got everything working well.

1) you must create a product
2) You must setup paypal - If you go to your products you created and click the paypal button there are instructions to setup paypal

you must have a product setup for the system to work!

Happened to me too. Gone after a year. That is major deception. Where did it say unlimited license one year? Isn't this false advertising? It did not say that you must pay for annual support whether you need it or not. Why aren't more people upset about this? They won't even answer an email to ask about this without charging you. If it was meant to be an annual membership, then it should have stated that. Just be truthful guys. I'm considering reporting them to the FCC for false advertising.

I also purchased originally with all of the big promises, the developers have gone, there is no support and the product does not work. some of you guys will promote anything as long as you get your commissions, it is a disgrace, note that there is an annual charge. I am sorry I was seduced by the affiliate offer, better of with S2Member, one charge of $127, all upgrade and at least the developers will be there in 2 year's time. Another lesson learnt and money wasted.
