Um ... to say that you can do this using free Web sites is very misleading. A moderator should consider removing the previous post.

This course doesn't teach people to do it with free sites ... you buy a money site, PR expired domains, paid links, etc ... I wouldn't buy this course with your last $27.

Having said that, I learned a fair amount from the course and recommend it ... just make sure you've got at least a little bit of a budget or you won't be able to rank your stuff through this method.

Yes. I bought it and I bought both upsells. Here's what I've learned:

Honestly, I had trouble watching some of the video webnars because of my computer, but what I did see was just a bunch of hype and very little substance. Becker claims that he's "not a salesman", but that's exactly what he is, and a very good one. I know. I've been in sales for over 25 years now.

I've already requested a refund three times since June 28th, but have yet to even receive a reply.

I also found several ripoff reports involving these guys that have quite a few complaints from people that have tried to get their money back without any success. Becker even posts on one of the complaints with comments like "Okey Dokey", as if he could care less.

Simply Google the terms Alex Becker scam, Alex Cass scam, SEO Omega scam and you'll find multiple listings.

If you've already joined their trial forum membership offer you MUST call Paypal and have them walk you through the steps to unsubscribe from their recurring billing! Their process has changed and can be quite complicated. If you don't cancel you'll continue to be billed an additional $47.00 and from what I've read and am experiencing, I'd say that the odds of getting your money back aren't good.

I hope that this helps someone else to keep from getting ripped off.

thats very annoying.

I was posted an unsolicited link, checked out the website then found the "rip off reports".

One guy said a big part of the strategy was cold calling marking companies to see if you could help with their clients sites, and that it didnt work.

$27 is a nice price, but pointless if it doesn't work. You have to be making considerable money to want a $47 re-curing bill or to pay for upsell. I guess the search continues for some real new seo tactics that work.

Update: My refund request was denied for all three items by their customer service rep, "Matthew". He said that there are no refunds on the $17.00 trial. I expected that. A trial is a trial.

He also said that they never give refunds on the software. Go figure.

As far as the $27.00 for the main course goes, he referred to the statement at the bottom of the salesletter, "SEO Omega is an organized, easy to digest course, However you have to take action to get results."

He said if I use their system, take action for 30 days and prove to them that it didn't work, then they'd refund my $27.00. My reply to that is that I've already seen posts by several others that said it either didn't work or it lowered their rankings. That is, except for a few well placed posts by Warrior "big dogs" and several by people with only a couple posts. Interesting...

I really hate to go on a rant, but I don't like people that pull this stuff. It's just wrong. I'm totally shocked by some of the big name marketers that have been associated with these guys or promoted their products. Shoemoney, Pat Flynn, Mike Long and more. I don't know about Shoemoney's SEO skills, but I was always under the impression that Pat and Mike were very good at SEO. I can't imagine them changing anything they're already doing.

Anyway, I'm pretty much done. Time to chalk it up and move on. I swore several months ago that I was done with SEO and was going to focus 100% on building lists, but I had a relapse of "BSO" (Bright Shiny Objects) and now I'm paying for it.

The only thing we can do is listen to our fellow warriors that warn us. I saved thousands of dollars by listening to the comments on here.

Unfortunately scammers and low bags will always stay. They will get their reward in the end. Although they make money now taking advantage of people will never really pay off. Unless they are as brain dead as it seems...........

In all fairness, it's not very realistic to ask the owner of the forum to buy and implement every WSO that's listed on their site. Also, to say that 99% of all offers don't work wouldn't be fair either. There are some that actually DO work. I've bought several decent WSO products.

As with all things in life we as consumers have to bear a certain amount of responsibility to do our due diligence on a product and product owner before we buy. It's really no different than doing business offline. Look at the salesletter, who's promoting it, who's endorsing it, what have they sold in the past, was that any good, check their past refund rates, etc.

Where I believe the forum falls short is allowing any WSO that doesn't honor refund requests. With the amount of garbage that IS circulating through the Special Offer forum, honoring refund requests should be a requirement for submitting a WSO. Not doing so is basically giving scammers the green light to rip people off.

Unfortunately, there are those that abuse this as well and those individuals should be monitored closely. Something like a "three strike" rule over a certain time frame would seem appropriate before banning them or removing their right to purchase or refund in the future, but that's not my call.

I guess all we can do for now is continue to share our experiences, both good and bad.

I already bought SEO Omega. This is awesome course I've ever known so far. Then I use those technique what i learn from SEO Omega. And it's really work. Maybe the Alex's support's not good like you guys say. But we are forget the point is How effective SEO Omega is.
I don't think Alex is cheater. Just look at what he got. He got many top websites with huge traffics (like source-wave.com, sourcetabs.com). SEO Omega actually is one of top 10 best seller products on jvzoo.com. Just check out his website and facebook. You will see what they say about him

They have a knack for ripping off people with their crap. Don't believe me. Google them and you will see the many and I mean many complaints and their practices.
