As stated, I build my list using Solo Ads EXCLUSIVELY.

On the test sizes, you'll find a 100-click option on this page. This is considered a test-friendly size. In real life I mostly don't sell packages smaller than 500 clicks..

Yes, solo ads are used mostly to promote free offers. You could try a paid offer but it's not something I would recommend. You should be getting the leads first, and presenting the paid offer right after that.
