I have developed a heat recovery device using refrigeration cycle to capture ambient temperature ( heat) and either bring it inside or take it outside. Heating and Air Conditioning. The unit is self operating meaning no outside power is required to operate. This is not perpetual motion as we are using the heat in atmosphere as our source of energy.Heat recovery is possible down to -60F below 0.
My requirements are someone with some cash and with some engineering abilities preferably in refrigeration or automated controls. Most items to build prototype have been purchased now to build the prototype to prove concept (it has already been done to a good degree but mine is much more efficient.) I'm not quite sure exactly what your product is, but if it could cool a small truck that has no ac, you could really be on to something here.
