Thanks for your feedback Brian, I'm glad you've likeed what you've seen so far.

As you know, this is only phase 1.. we have many more awesome ideas in development which will help both Solo sellers and Buyers massively!

I got to see the inside of this platform when I meet Tim at a mastermind weekend a short while ago. It is definitely a must have for both buyers and sellers of Solo Ads - as a buyer seeing real time stats will enable me to get the best bang for my Advertising dollar!

I'm pleased you liked a behind the scenes 'sneak peek'! We believe it's going to change the way Solo Ads are bought/sold, and help clean up the market

I am one of the beta testers for Tim on solochecker and I have to say it I am overly impressed. There have not been many glitches and Tim is quick to get them sorted. The search and purchasing process is smooth and as a Seller it is a dream come true.
Tim is now looking at even more features to get us up and running so Highly reccomended from the coffeediva

Any application that makes it easier for Solo Ad buyers to find good reliable sellers without having to trawl the forums is a huge help. Having seen the software in action I am sure that, once it is launched, it is going the leading marketplace for bringing sellers and buyers together.

Looks very interesting. But, I'm confused. There are solo offers with green and yellow (best rep and 2nd best rep), but NONE of them have any ratings or reviews.

How are they classified without any ratings or reviews?

Hi Keith,

Our system wil pick the sellers with the highest REP and give them the appropriate colour to help with the buyers decision. As we are a brand new marketplace, our sellers have yet to build up their REP.

I agree.. without a deciding factor (REP score), one should not have a different colour.. this is something we will be addressing. It's also something that won't be a major problem once we have a load more sales through the system

So, for now, selecting any solo vendor is still a bit of a crap shoot? (that sounded harsher than I intended, but didn't know how to change the wording.)

Many of our vendors are well known vendors, with existing businesses, and have a proven track record.

To help with this situation, we are in the process of providing buyers more information regarding some of the well known sellers, including links to their external sales pages, so you can see past reviews/testimonials.

If you have any feedback or suggestions, we would be happy to hear it.

I'm a complete novice when it comes to solo ads. I bought my first one, this week, and I wasn't thrilled with the results. I don't blame the vendor, but it did make me realize how valuable a resource like yours would be.

I signed up and browsed your listings. Based on that, here are my suggestions (for what would make ME feel better about a solo purchase)...

* If there's no basis for it, remove the rating colors and let everyone start on a level playing field. You lost a bit of my trust when I realized the GREEN vendor had no ratings or reviews.

* Encourage the vendors to pitch why their list is worth sending to -- what distinguishes them.

* Encourage the vendors to offer a discount to first time buyers if they agree to post a rating and a review of their experience and results.

* MAYBE you could award a GREEN or YELLOW color to any vendor who's willing to do that first time discount. Rationale would be that they must be good vendors if they have the confidence to encourage honest ratings. Or, maybe you could have a different color to identify those vendors.

Because right now we have a catch-22 situation. You need people to buy so you can get honest ratings and reviews. But, people like me are less likely to buy without the ratings and reviews.

Those are my thoughts. I hope they help.

- We will be speaking to the developers tomorrow to get this completed asap, The system currently rates sellers by REP (left to right) and auto highlights any field with a solo for sale in the first column as green and the second as yellow. Thank you for bringing this to our attention

- We will be holding a Solochecker sellers webinar & will be providing lots of tips & advice on presenting their unique offerings to the buyers in the marketplace.

- We have a feature coming in the first system upgrade (due for completion within approx 2 weeks), this feature will allow the use of unique promo codes which sellers can use to provide discounts.

- Thank you for your valuable feedback Keith. The marketplace has been live a little over 6 hours and we are approaching 200 users.

Solo ads have already been purchased in the system by a number of buyers so feedback & REP for those transactions should start coming thru over the next day or so. (depending on when those solo ads were scheduled for)

We will be doing everything we possibly can to ensure that Solochecker.com becomes the go to place to buy / sell solo ads online.
