I bought this last week and installed on a new blog. Things went great and I've been getting more and more traffic everyday. Not bad for a new blog.

Then I woke up today in horror to find that my site shows that I have an unactivated copy of this and plastered all around it is a big advertisement to buy Covert Viral Wizard!!!!! WTF!!! They used my site to advertise their products!!!!

I then tried to activate the product again but it won't. I've written to their support dept but still hasn't gotten any reply.

Now I'm not sure if this is a scam!!!

I have just now created a new WP install and installed this theme.

It wo'nt activate with its jvzoo transaction id /license key.

what a bunch of dim wits!

Same exact thing happened to me! Filed a PP dispute. I can live with glitches, but for them to plaster their ad page over my entire site is unacceptable.

They need to make the thing revert to the default theme when this happens, not take over my site.

Yes, Boeki #11 and Nebraska#13, same with me, I lost my site to their advert. Then they said that their servers went down, but it did come back. Problem is, why should our sites be at the mercy of their services if it happens again.

Also, I can't get an answer on why my sidebar is appearing at the bottom of the page, it looks wrong. Time for a refund I think.

Hey guys - I'm posting from my personal account - hope that is ok .. it still is me. IM Wealth Builders Ltd is they company of Soren Jordansen, John Merrick and myself.

Anyway, I wanted to answer some of these concerns.

First of all the original poster is selling is an affiliate. He has paid for a classified ad here on the WF to promote his affiliate link and that is perfectly fine with us.

But... The problem is that the button he put on there does not update like it does on our original site, and thus does not reflect the correct price (which is currently $47) - which seem to be causing the confusion. The cheaper price was only available on launch.

As for the license server outage - that was JVZoo's server that went down. It was unfortunate but stuff like that happens on the interwebs and it's hardly grounds for crying spam.

As soon as we noticed we got on the phone with JVZoo and got this fixed.

We also programmed in some contingency on our license server so that if the license check ever fails again due to server outage your blog will still be fine.

OK Cindy, let's recap...

So far, you've blamed your customers, your affiliates, and your payment processor for what is your responsibility.

You haven't apologized for rendering your paying customer's websites dead and replacing the entire domain with your splash page. It would just as easy to make Wordpress revert to the default theme and not the html page of your choosing in the event of an invalid license key or licensing server outage.

I'm not crying spam, I'm crying hack!
