Quite impress that they seem to have quite a few reputable warriors and internet marketers giving them support such as Jonathan Ledger. There are various other reviews from members on this forum (too many products are using false Reviews on Fiverr...less likely to do that with forum reviews)

Understand your concern about Refund policy, it happened with SEO Zen although Rob Jones has quite a few products that are very well supported; they seem to honor their word not only with the plug ins and info , with their policy too.

Though you should continue your due diligence for Trust Jacker regardless.

Regarding the question if Trust Jacker is still being supported; to my understanding it should be although the support might not be as responsive as it has been since the Trust Jacker launched.

It is still being used by various CPA affiliates along with new affiliates getting wind of Trust Jacker - as there's still significant amount of sales going on a daily basis I doubt Rob Jones would simply remove support for TJ. Going to send an email as well to confirm this and post back shortly.

After all the product is still being offered on Clickbank which essentially means you're entitled to a 30 day refund should there be any concerns with the product.

Nope it's perfectly legal and has been used by thousands of CPA marketers. There'll likely be no issues though you may wish to confirm your promotional methods with your CPA network as you should.
