Look, choosing the right niche is 50% of the battle when it comes to winning online...and winning in a big way. But as you know, its a major time-suck to hunt down these winning niches and keywords, and it also takes quite a bit of skill.

Niche Reaper 3.0 claims to solve this problem by handing you pre-researched niches & keywords that have high traffic, low competition and high commercial(buying) intent. After all, the niche/keyword has to be something where buyers are spending money, otherwise its a waste of time.

So lets take a quick tour of this software to see how it works and if it can live up to its claim of delivering 'winning' niches that you can easily monetize:

Step 1: Fire Up The Software

Below is a screenshot of the software in action. You just fire it up on your computer and there's a nice, clean interface to work with:

Alright so let me quickly explain some of the important data that you see above:

Monthly Adsense Revenue: You'll know the estimated income that you can generate from Google Adsense for that keyword if you had a Page 1 ranking. Obviously, this is just an estimate, but it gives you a decent starting point to work with and an idea of how much money you can make with that keyword (through Adsense).

Commercial Intent: This is a score of how many 'buyers' are in that niche. Are people just looking for information or are they looking to purchase things?

Monthly Search Volume: In your version of the software, you'll see keywords that have more than 1000 monthly search volume. Obviously, the higher the better, but the lower search count niches can be really valuable too.

Cost Per Click (CPC): This is the what Google charges advertisers bidding on this keyword, on average. High CPC means that advertisers are willing to pay money in this niche, which is a strong indicator that money is being made.

Facebook, .Com & .Net: Here you'll know if you can grab an exact match domain name, or Facebook page for this keyword. Having this can give you an advantage in ranking in the search engines and being found on Facebook.

Average Backlinks for Page 1 Competitors: Knowing the average number of backlinks your competitors have gives you an idea of how many backlinks you'll need to build yourself to get on Page 1. This allows you to have a clear picture on what you need to do to rank.

Videos Found on Page 1: How many video results is Google showing for that keyword on Page 1? Getting your video ranked is actually faster & easier than ranking a website.

Social Signals: NicheReaper will tell you the average number of Likes, +1s and Tweets that your Page 1 competitors have. Low social signals means less competition in social media.

Average On Page SEO Strength: This shows you the how strong the on-page SEO is for the sites ranking on Page 1. This looks at factors such as keyword optimization in the page title, headlines, images & more...and then reports back on how well 'optimized' the sites are.

Hot Tip: Its a great idea to look for niches/keywords that you can create lots of 'review' content for around specific brands and products within that niche. This way, you can build a list of email subscribers and send them your product reviews.

Step 2: Choose A Few Niches & Do Analysis

Alright so the software is returning back tons of data...

Now you can use the 'Filter' feature to only see the keywords that meet your personal criteria. For example, if you only want to see keywords that have a search volume of over $5K, you can do that. Or maybe you only want to see keywords that have 'low' SEO competition, you can do that as well.

So lets say that you choose the 'Ceiling Medallions' niche, because the search volume is good, the CPC is high and the average number of backlinks that your top 10 competitors have is pretty low.

Now you can dig deaper and actually take a closer look at your top 10 competitors, as shown in the screenshot below:

So thats your exact competition...who you're going up against and, their backlinks and social signals.

Hot Tip: If the top 10 results are mostly strong 'top level domains', meaning the homepage of sites, it may be tougher to rank. Ideally, you want to see mostly 'inner pages' of websites ranking, with low backlink and social signal counts.

Step 3: Build & Promote!

So what can you do with these keywords and niches?

You can quickly create 'Web 2.0' properties (Squidoo, Weebly, Hubpages, etc)...

You can setup Facebook fanpages targeting these keywords...

Or create a Wordpress or Blogger blog...

And of course, you can also setup your own website/blog AFTER you've setup one of the above properties to 'test' the niche (why waste time creating a website before you test the niche?)

Then, you can create content by either using a low-cost article writing service, and promote your web properties by doing some basic backlinking and sharing on social media sites.

If you've picked low competition keywords, it shouldn't be difficult to get ranked with basic promotion methods.

Depending on the traffic and sales you're seeing, it would be a great idea to start building an 'email list' of subscribers that you can market to over and over again, building a recurring income for yourself.

Ok, so now that you've seen what this software can do, the real question is, what are the biggest benefits of using it?

The biggest benefit of Niche Reaper, by far, is the ability to spot 'hidden' opportunities that you would probably never find yourself (and profit from at a big level).

Another huge benefit is saving enormous time & energy doing niche research, which frees you up to focus on driving traffic and making money by creating more web properties.

Its always nice to know that you'll never run out of profitable ideas to take advantage of.

Drawbacks of NicheReaper 3.0 (What I Don't Like)

Having too many ideas to work with can sometimes slow you down, because it becomes difficult to make a decision. If you're using this software, you'll need to act wisely and not spend too much time exploring ideas.

Another problem can be the 'greener pastures' phenomenon, when you always feel that there's something better you can be promoting. Its very important to focus on whatever you start and see it to success (instead of jumping around).

Niche Reaper isn't exactly a keyword research tool, because you can't research your own niches you find, unless they already exist in NicheReaper...

And since the data is refreshed and deleted every 60 days, you'll need to make sure that you're looking at the available keywords from time to time so you don't miss out.

Lastly, this software is not a traffic tool by any means. Its not going to help you drive traffic unless you actually go out and promote. Don't expect to get ranked and drive traffic without doing any promotion, unless the keyword is very low competition.
