BAD EXPERIENCE! I gave this guy a simple list of URLs with their anchor text and he takes my list and mixes all the URLs and anchor text together and builds links to my site like that. So now I've got anchor text pointing to a NON RELEVANT pages of my site.

Complete garbage. Sign of someone who does not understand how proper backlinking works.
