AdFly - Can You Trust AdFly?

Welcome to my review of AdFly which is both a URL shortening service with an income opportunity and also an advertising platform.

Before I start - Click here to see the system I used to make $13,425 last month!

The way AdFly works is simple. You submit your URL to AdFly and when somebody clicks on that link they are shown an advert that they have to view before they can actually visit the URL they want to see. Whenever somebody clicks on the link and views the advert you get paid.

On the flip side you can use AdFly as an advertiser and actually be the person providing the ads. You can choose a number of different targeting options such as whether you want only USA only visitors or world wide visitors.

AdFly tends to be used by websites that are harder to monetize. I have also noticed that AdFly is used by a lot of websites bordering on the illegal such as download websites and TV/Film websites.

Advertising With AdFly

I ran some campaigns to test out the quality of their traffic. I ran an advert with only USA traffic and sent it to an offer that had been converting very well for me. Despite getting a good number of free signups to the website I was promoting I didn't get any conversions to paid customers.

I wasn't expecting the traffic quality to be very high, and reading other reviews they tend to say the same thing. There is a saying that you get what you pay for, and I think in this scenario the AdFly traffic is extremely cheap, and it is cheap for a reason because the people viewing your ad don't actually want to view your ad, they are only viewing it because they have to.

I did test on a rather small budget, however based on my normal conversion rate from free signup to paying customer I was confident that even if I kept the ad running I would struggle to return a profit.

Conclusion

AdFly is a good way to monetize websites that are difficult to monetize with other methods. However as an advertiser the traffic is not very high quality which might make it difficult to actually make money. The good news is that the traffic is very cheap, so you can easily test without wasting a lot of money.

If you have experience with AdFly please share in this thread

Maybe a good idea is to build alist with adfly then promote free CPA offers to your subscribers. The people who optin to your list may not be buyers but by signing up to your list..They have proved that they will sign up for free offers.
