Seems lie a good idea but I am wondering how well squeeze pages that require cel phone numbers convert.

This may work in larger countries but how would I from within Bolivia send multiple text messages to USA ad EU?

Actually, the statistics show that they convert quite well. Once people go through the system (remember, this is autorecruiting) the conversion rates are well over 50%. Sounds crazy, I know!

It would work extremely well. You do not pay for the texts other than the monthly fee. All the text charges are included in the system itself.
