I've had it for a day or so now.

Not all that happy with it.

First of all, it is SLOOOOOW
Secondly, there is NO documentation. You get thrown into the Client Center and there isn't much direction on what to do. You have to figure it out as you go along, which can be painful because the slowness means you don't get immediate feedback.

Also, you have to use trial and error to figure out how to set up "Dashboards" and populate them with feeds. It's a mess and I still haven't got one to work. It will say it is "active" but nothing shows up on the page.

I like the concept, but the practice of it leaves a lot to be desired.

Yes I am surprised as well as to the lack of feedback on this one.

Not finding support is up to snuff ... so far, no answers using the ''support'' feature in the member's area.

Been a day and half with my first queries going unanswered, let's hope this is temporary or perhaps those on the '48 hour' free trial are not a priority. [?]

Don't know. Have to keep in mind those that are trying this out as a trial member are the best customers if their support questions are addressed in a timely manner.

Keep 'em happy early on. They are won over, customers for life.

Webmarke, how do you see these pages as being monetized easily?

Like to hear some feedback as to how these FB pages would work without paid traffic being employed to draw interest, looks and likes, that eventually and ultimately lead to a click on a link or ad icon.


Agreed Ken, have had the same experience on my end.

Will say that after a lot of clicking, refreshing, going back, using my imagination and holding my tongue just right, managed to get some sort of a page up.

Not sure if it is updating and ''active'', have to sorta have faith it is.

Mine keeps getting "stuck" and I have to go out and come back in.

I'm still not getting anything to post.

I have one dashboard that shows "active" and another that is "inactive." I'm not sure why. I did the same thing to both of them.

the content spinner spins and spins and spins and finds nothing to post. This is in spite of the fact that the 2 tests topics I chose are as broad as it gets.

I'm also interested in this product, however, I have concerns about any products that encourage us to continue using Facebook Pages for promotion. Here's why: A month or so ago I ran into an article that indicated that over the last year Facebook has been increasingly lowering the number of posts from pages that actually show up in a Facebook users feed. According to that article and several others like it (yeah I did more research), only about 2% of what you post on a Facebook Page now actually shows up in the feed. That's pretty low and I also know that Facebook has made many other changes to what shows up in our feeds in recent months.

That info coupled with the fact that you do, in fact, have to get fans to your Pages first, makes this an "I'm not so sure" kinda software for me. But I do like what it does a lot. Just not sure if it's really a feasible answer right now.

I suspect keeping up with Facebook changes is going to become the same game that Google has become as time goes on. They've been around long enough to make some massive changes and get away with it.

Last week, I was on eBay looking at stuff and saw a retargeting ad in my Facebook feed from one of the items I was watching on eBay. I found it annoying! Not what I'm looking for on Facebook.

Does anyone else have insight into how often Page posts are seen in the newsfeeds now?

Instagram has an rss feed that's keyword based so you'd basically have access to all instagram photos on a keyword basis.

At this time, we are really focused on improving the content we get from Facebook (making it look evermore natural) and adding new sources as we can.
Face book allows us to gauge the actual popularity of a piece of content before selecting.
because they have built-in social approval markers that we can identify and use to only deliver the best quality content.
We can't do that with things like blogs, feeds, etc.

Our goal is to only deliver the best content through HT. This is what sets us apart from your average autoblogger (among many other things).

I've had this program for a few days myself. Overall it does what it claims but the Ad feature is not the best at this point. There is some limited training videos now. Also, I did received a helpful 24 page PDF explaining the software more in detail. But I think the launch was a bit early. Wish the ad feature was truly running to its full potential.

Two to the major functions of Hero Tower currently don't work. Per there support.

1) the 'on page ads" function-- was never up and running
2) the user now can't use the area called "topic explorer." The Biggest feature.

Not sure why there sales link(s) are still active... ???

Of course well out of my return request time. But will certainly be suspect to Ross Carrell offering etc...
