i listened to your video about traffic and enjoyed :-).
i agree about cheap traffic (adswap) but i think that solo ads in most cases could be also cheap traffic cause every subscriber register to a lot of email lists.
there are banner ads networks/ppc networks with cheap still quality traffic?

Yep, that's why I give you my proven solo ad vendors that send quality traffic. So you don't waste your money and time on junk traffic.

Yes there quality networks FB for example... but the key is can you convert the traffic?

Like I said in the training traffic is the least of your worries.
