My signature image file did not appear

Hello, My account username is: drquek2. I paid for $60 to include image file in my warrior forum signature file.

I uploaded a jpg image file of 500 x 124 pixel and 132kb which are within the limits allowed. But it is not displaying. Can you check why?

For: Add Image To Your Signature Subscription

Amount to be paid each time: $60.00 USD
Billing cycle: Yearly
Payments start: Sep 11, 2018

Sorry I have to post here as the Messenger Robot cannot help me with my problem and I cannot find any other ways to reach support.

    The image I add does not appeared in my signature.

    It is 234 x 60 pixels and less than 197 kb allowed.

    Is there a support desk where I can talk to real human?

    The robot messenger cannot help me at all.

    Any idea how to reach support using support desk or email?

    Did you try clicking on the help desk icon?
    Have you checked in your user control panel to see if your signature is turned on?
    You have been a member here for 10 years and only written 45 posts. Seems strange to me. I recommend also reading all the rules as a lot changes recently.

    No, the problem persist, it kept giving me error 400 although the file is within limits.
