opening a closed thread

Hello, I am about to do a relaunch of my original offer https://www.warriorforum.com/warrior...g-already.html and I am wanting to update it but the thread is closed...

1. is there a way i can open it again and
2. if not can you guys open the thread?

please let me know because I am considering updating that versus doing a new launch with JVZOO.

    The thread is from 2013 - there have been changes in WSO rules since then. Best thing would be to check the new rules.
