Why are my post counts showing zero ?

Haven't been on WF in ages. Finally got my password reset but now I see there is no WF support desk anymore, how do you contact for support ? I noticed my post count is showing zero for some reason when it's more like 800. Anyone else having this issue ? Is there any support desk or help for WF anymore ? seems the link just leads to the help forum. Any help is appreciate.

    Currently - only support is this help section.



    Seems to be a tech glitch - your post clearly show if you look into your profile for posts/threads made....the 0 number may be something to do with a reset of password.



    Good news: posts haven't disappeared


    I expect techs will fix this - but make take a bit to get it done.

      I did notice the posts are all there, it's just not showing my post count.
      But it just did count the 2 posts I made here. Weird.


      How do I get WF techs to looks at it ? I am reading a lot of post about WF being basically a Ghost Ship with moderators.... no help desk anymore ?
      seems strange. I hope they get things organized soon, I miss the old WF !
      Anyone else secretly wish that Allen would buy WF back super cheap and do it all over again ?



      If you know how to get ahold of WF tech support please let me know.

    This has already been sent in for the techs to look at. My comment about 'timing' is due to multiple forum issues they are working on. The techs set the priority which is why I said it might take some time.



    There have been quite a few 'challenges' in the past 2-3 months and we are solving them as fast as we can. New management, new techs, changes coming, plans being made.
