My Warrior For Hire Listing Never Got Listed

Hello,
I am hoping an admin reads this.

I accidentally paid 2 times for 1 listing in the Warrior For Hire Section. I immediately messaged support, that I needed a refund for 1.

Support never responded to my ticket, and my listing still hasn't gone live.
It's been over a week since I started the ticket.

Is this normal?

    I send a message daily. Still no response. I even talked to their chat support, but they just tell me to wait. Apparently they don't deal with the Warrior Forum.

    I have lost hope. I may have to do a charge back.

    The thread has gone live. Although I still have not received a message from my support ticket about the double payment I made. But I am satisfied that at least the thread is up.

    At this time, it's absolutely crucial that people take absolute and total care when purchasing services here, since admin are not around at present and only they can issue refunds and deal with paid-for threads. It's not ideal, but that's the circumstance.

    Accidents happen and I think it's an easy one to make if you double press the button, so the best way forward is to raise your concern in the best place (The Help Forum) and wait until admin deals with it before considering a chargeback. This thread will likely be moved there.

    Your ad thread is live - don't know why you paid twice unless you submitted it twice. May be refunded eventually - that's up to admin. If you were billed in error (which can happen) I would expect it to be refunded.


    ALL THREADS ARE MODERATED - one week is not an unusual approval time at the moment due to some changes currently taking place on the forum.

      Thank you for moving my thread. I don't mind not getting a refund, as long as I get credit for the unused listing.

      I accidently pressed the button twice. It was definately my mistake. But I thought I probably missed the button, since it didn't move to the next page after a while.

      I am hoping this can be resolved.
