The seller asked for the funny request to get the refund.

I have bought this WSO about traffic generation. When I went through the guide, It was the out of date method and I requested the refund. However the seller asked me to return product and the material, he will process the refund.

How can I return the digital product? I did give him the transaction ID but he didn't process the refund if I don't do what he wanted.

I can't exposed his WSO here. If any moderators read this, please let me know and I will inbox the info of his WSO thread, email address.

    Post your refund request and your concerns IN the WSO thread itself - that gives the seller a chance to answer or hopefully resolve the problem.

    The answer doesn't change - there are many WSOs from previous years that are still available - unless that WSO has been closed by admin you need to post your request IN the thread to give the seller a chance to respond.

    Now I know which one you mean. There is no refund guarantee in the sales copy and the purchase seems to have been made last November. The seller has not logged in since early December.



    Sadly, this may be a lost cause. The Warrior Forum doesn't guarantee refunds so reaching the seller is the only path open to you.

    Sellers are not required to offer a refund policy - the rules say if they DO offer refunds, the terms must be clear and sellers must honor them.


    It has been 4 months since the purchase - there is no way to force a seller to give a refund when there was no refund guarantee in the sales thread.


    This may be a learning experience - buy only offers with a refund policy and ask for the refund within a reasonable period of time.

      I bought the course on 2nd March not over 4 month.

      What I'm pissed off about this seller is that he promised to refund I'm I can initiate refund request from Paypal but he does keep the promise.

    Sorry about the date - I was going by your post in that thread and that wasn't when you purchased. The seller answered the post you made in the thread - and has explained how to get the refund.

    You can initiate your refund DIRECTLY with PayPal...

    Just give them the Transaction ID., date of purchase, and purchase amount to file a refund request. I will receive the communication from PayPal to verify the transaction, order and to process the refund.

    Paypal uses the transaction ID but the seller can't locate a purchase with that number as it is an internal paypal system. The number he was given when you purchased as a 'transaction number' is not the same. Sellers can locate by email address used to purchase but he's instructed you to request the refund from paypal.



    You should be pleased: the seller responded quickly to your post - told you how to get the refund. Problem solved.

    The person who told you about Paypal is WRONG. Irrelevant info.

    This seller responded to your post in his thread quickly - told you how to process a refund.

    I explained further and told you to go through Paypal for a refund.

    You prefer to keep arguing so guess you will not get a refund.
