If you are facing something like this

"Hi, I can change the description fine, but am not allowed to edit the title. I would like to optimize the title. Can anyone help?"

The solution is:
To change the title of your thread you click "Edit" and then you should find a button for "Go Advanced" that's where you can edit the title.
