Can not access war room access

Hi! I signed for the war room in 2010. It was a 30 year membership, so I would like to get back in.

PS! Is there another way to get help than to post public posts like this?

    Thanks, I got in now :-)

    As a side note, I only posted in this forum because both the "Help Desk" button in the top menu + "Support" in the "Forums" top menu lead to this forum, and when I made the original post a few months back, I could not find any info about a help desk.

    It would be a bit easier if these menu items went directly to the post about opening a help desk ticket, if that is the way forward for all help requests :-)
