    CREATE a ticket as stated above - use the 'contact us' link at the bottom of each page under 'more info'.


    All threads must be approved before they appear and ad threads may take up to 3 days for approval. READ the rules for the Marketplace and you will see that info listed there.


    Ad threads from 12 hrs ago are NOT going to be approved as yet. STOP re-posting the threads over and over - it will slow down rather than speed up approval. Patience is the key.

    Hello, we have created a couple help tickets and have yet to hear back from anyone about our ad being able to go live, we posted and payed on the 10th of the month. It would be great if we could get a reply back or some help with this. Our last ad went through fine with no issues. We are waiting on it to go live so we can make some minor edits to it, we forgot a couple FAQ answers and need to update the image ad we used as it was the wrong one.

    Looking forward to help on this, thanks in advance.

    I upgrade to War Room Member, but when I try to access some thread, I get a warning "I do not have permission to access this page".

    Please I need someone to look into this for me.

    Is WSO still active?

    I paid for WSOfor my than 24 Hours and it's still pending moderation.

    It seems like nothing is been done

    Sounds like you missed reading the WSO rules...clearly states 72 hrs to approval. Approvals are on business days - not weekends. Patience. Admin will contact you when they have reviewed the WSO.

    I bought WSO ad Dec 17 and it is still "revision pending" . I opened ticket Dec 21. Agent said it was resolved and closed the ticket. I reopened ticket, sent img of "pending". Followed up with requests to communicate. As of now (today)...nothing. Please advise.

    If an offer is deemed to be unsuitable for a WSO (unique product created by the seller and offered at a special price, for example) - admin will put that offer in the classified section instead.


    In this particular case - the income 'prediction' would keep it out of the WSO section (my educated guess). As for why you still see 'pending' - no idea.


    I thought sellers were contacted when ads were approved or moved - but maybe that's a change I missed, too.

    I am having issues posting my WSO and it has been pending for a couple of days. I reached out to an admin and they said I need to add category, tags, and more, which I already did when creating the WSO initially. So I tried to edit the WSO add those things and every time I click update, it says undefined. I tried to even go edit an old WSO that was approved and every time I clicked update, it was saying undefined. Also, I went to try and create a support ticket and there was no department option. here is a snapshot of my issue https://ibb.co/tPSybKJ

    Did ya'll fill out the support ticket on Freelancer.com. For some reason that site is not working either.
    Why has there been no way to contact anyone.
    I hit the contact button- goes to freelancer.com - the drop down box to choose them does not work on any system from Iphone to Mac to PC. How can you put in a ticket if hte drop down doesn't work?
