How long for wso ticket to get back to me?

so yesterday i created wso offer, and pay it with my paypal,
but the status of the wso is still unpaid, and today deleted,
my paypal already deducted. is it normal??

    my process yesterday was I post WSO. status unpaid, unapproved
    i click pay it gives me three options to pay, i click $20,it bring me to Paypal checkout, i click, then got an error on the page. despite Paypal already deducted
    today status of my wso is deleted.
    no admin message or anything. well gonna wait for the support ticket response.

      You used PayPal to pay for your paid thread. But your paid thread's opt-in form uses Telegram.

    PLEASE read the answer above - paypal IS on the list.


    This is not about paying $20 for an ad thread....you did not have Paypal as your payment link ON YOUR AD THREAD.


    You had 'telegram' and that is not an accepted payment method. Admin sent a message to you saying that. Maybe he needs to resend it.



    Admin may be affected today by the typhoon in his area - not sure. Enzo will answer when he sees this.

      as tellegram is put on thread for contact. so i need to put it again my body thread.?

    You can use any of the four methods listed above....that is as clear as it gets.
    If you use paypal - you must ADD a PAYPAL payment button.


    Ad threads that do not meet the requirements are not approved.



    The 'payment methods' are what you are permitted to use for MEMBERS of this forum to purchase your product. Don't know how else to explain it. Admin may comment further or PM you.

      shoppy.gg basicly landing page to automate selling, so when customer pay with Paypal, it auto checkout and send product. so it's forbidden to use this?
      i need to put Paypal and send it all manually??

      so what happen with this offer? i change it to manual sell? than approved?
      how about money i send for this ad ?? gone?

      btw i try to click pay now again, and it charged my Paypal again.
      so in total i do 2 payment for this offer? will i be refunded for the extra?
