Why my official thread was deleted? The support doesn't answer!

Hello community!

I posted an official thread in the WSO space and paid for a year of placement. However, I noticed that my thread was closed despite regularly updating it. I received no notifications that I violated rules or anything like that. I was promoting my product, but I did it following the forum rules - I paid for the WSO thread and even purchased the War Room membership.

Dear friends, what may be the reason for it?

The Freelancer support service didn't answer me several months ago when I tried to reach them to buy any ads on the Warrior forum so I do not hope they will answer this time. The Admin keeps silent after submitting the WSO thread as well. After I submitted that thread in April I received zero answers to my letters.

So I hope this thread will be noticed.

  • I moved this thread to the Help section.

Your classified ad thread contains multiple unnecessary ad posts. If an ad requires updating, the original post can be revised - or the advertiser may respond to individual queries or posts from members within the thread.

A forum admin will respond to your support request, or may post in this thread. They will suggest what you should do to reinstate the ad.

The way you "updated" your thread violates the marketplace rules.

Paying for the WSO listing and/or purchasing the War Room membership won't make you immune from the rules.

The only way to update your listing is to submit a revision. Our team will review your listing, and will approve or reject as needed.
