Get an ERROR 403 when l try to...

make a new post in the Help Section, which sure it has its funny side, (maybe it is because l don't think l have ever posted there for the last decade) but still it is an error message so.

Mods feel free to move this to the help section to see if it sticks.

Maybe you will have better luck with the "Move Tool" than l have had trying to create a new post there?
