We're currently having outages on the forum. You may get logged out multiple times, 503 errors and experience the forum loading slowly, this is due to high volume of traffic. We're already trying to figure this out to fix it.

I can't view the forum in "classic." Is this why?

Forum is now stable in terms of performance. However, users still won't be able to toggle between modern and classic. Expect it to be fixed soon.

Whew! This forum is practically unusable in the new view. WAY too hard to sort through the same old threads, ones you have already replied to or read and the new ones in the "modern" view. Gotta have my classic view or too much time is wasted here!

dave_hermansen, we've fixed the issue. Feel free to use the toggle button as you wish.

Now, I'm curious what's wrong with the modern thread view from your perspective. Can you lodge a thread in Suggestion Forum so we can discuss further? Any kind of feedback would really be useful for us to improve the forum.

Since so many people use very similar topic headlines, or worse, super ambiguous ones like "Need Help", it is much easier in the Classic View to see threads I have visited before and not waste time. They are in lighter type face whereas the ones you have not yet viewed are in bolder font. Far more threads fit on a screen with classic view, too, so it is much faster to see what you may be able to help people with.

I like to help people when I can, but we are running a teaching course and more than 50 eCommerce sites, so every minute is precious.

I should also add that I like the new category drop-downs. It makes everything one click closer.
