[SERIOUS ONES] Looking for a honest partner for my digital product business!

I have been doing Internet Marketing from last 6-7 years and just a year back I started creating my own digital products. Launched bunch of WSOs and did some self hosted launches too.
From the beginning I have been doing most of the things myself such as copywriting, designing etc and outsourced things which I couldn't do or may possibly take too long.
Now I'm looking to expand my business to a whole new level with a professional & honest partner to contribute equally with full dedication and hard work.
I create digital products such as courses, themes, plugins, web apps and may expand to other lucrative growing technologies.
What you will be doing:
Your work may not be limited to just this, You will be other half of me in my business.
What's happening, What's not happening, What needs to be done? What's missing? What's new?
Skills Requirement:
Good Understanding of Traffic (free/paid)
Basic SEO
Web Designing (html/css atleast)
Content Writing
Good Email writing Skills
Doing research
Good Management
Experience Required:
Nothing much in particular, You must have worked quite heavily on blogs, ranked keywords, written quality content, designed sites, sold a service or something, optimized websites, worked with paid traffic. You must have been an active Internet Marketer for atleast 1-2 year.
That's pretty much it.
You will make 50% of everything we do together! I'll create products, You focus on marketing (I'll provide guidance so you won't feel work overload)

- Rank sites (I'll provide SEO tools)
- Optimize conversion, find new traffic sources, take care of customers
