G'day Warriors,
Recently I finished a small software product that I was going to release as a free WSO and then upsell Resell rights and also Branding rights.
It was a great plan, then they changed the rules.........
You see my strong point is NOT promotion. I have run several WSO's and made some reasonable money (Never done a free one) Using software programs like the one on the video below. Bulk of the money came from affiliate sales.
So as I can't run free wso's, my 2015 plans went somewhat array.
Here's where you come in.
Basically I'll make a software program and give it you so you can give it away for free.
The software has built-in lead capture so to use the software they need to request an activation code.
I'll Allow YOU to place your autoresponder here. So that when someone activates the software they join your list and you can do whatever you like with that lead.
Once the software is activated they can then use it.
My part of the JV is that MY links will be inside the software. if someone clicks one of the links and makes a purchase, I make a commission.
I have made a video explaining it a bit better and also demonstrating the software that was to be my Free WSO.

Its a TRUE JV in that we both have potential upsides to this.
YOU: the lead and future income
ME: the link and the chance to make a commission.
The work is also split.
YOU distribute the software to get subscribers.
ME build a decent product so that people will actually want it.
Now Let's be really serious here.
I don't want to get involved with you if you can't give away the products. Its of no use to me and its of no use to you to have yet another file sitting on your hard drive doing nothing.
SO if and when you respond to this please be prepared to be researched.
I'll look into your profile on the forum and see what you've been upto, I'd also like links to any sites you plan to promote from so i can check them out as well.

Ideally your an affiliate marketer that can drive traffic but really needs to expand into list building and maybe promoting something you have a vested interest in.
I'm looking for those that know how to distribute, if you can't do that LIKE ME then please do not apply.
EXTRA BIT:
There is the potential to build a sales funnel around these products by offering Branding rights to people that download. That would be a $47-$97 upsell depending on the program.
I Will offer this option to those that can prove to me that they can distribute.
I'll look after the Hosting etc of the upsell and the pages for the upsell, YOU look after the freebie and the pages for that.
YOU would receive 50% commission on upsell sales via JVzoo probably though I am open to suggestions on platforms.
As you can see this is one of the rare TRUE JV partnerships offered on warrior forum. A mutually beneficial arrangement where we can both make some coin.
Remember though this NOT for newbies or for those that are looking for a free ride.
I will offer ZERO promotional help, In that i will give away exactly ZERO copies of OUR product, that's your JOB.
For those that are successful we will communicate via email and skype and hopefully develop a good long term working relationship. I am not a marketing Dummy, To be honest I really don't like it, my buzz comes from creation. But the bills need to be paid LOL.
Lastly I won't be selecting a lot of people to work with. Just a few really.
Each software can take 1-5 days to build so It's impossible for me to work with more than a few.

I have been honest, I have been out of IM for 18 Months as I had to get a day job to get my Mortgage. I'm looking to get back into the game, passively at first then I'll grow down the track.
At the moment I simply don't have the time or the WANT to build everything I need to launch these myself. I do have a product live, It took me 14 days to build the Infrastructure and I hated every minute of it.
I would rather be creating.

P.S Just for disclosure. I use BOTH plr and my own produced content for my products. I can make an OK Video course but if someone else has already done it and I can get the rights, then I'll use that instead in most cases.
every software panel is UNIQUE, I design my own backgrounds and put together these products myself. These are not purchased then RE-Licenced. Only some of the content I use for educational programs and the templates are licensed.
