Expert Marketeer Needed - Earn Big With Me in 2015

I have a YouTube channel, 320k real views, 550+ (all organic and real) subscribers, a great VSL, a quality product (that has sold on JV Zoo) and a small list. NB. I want someone who has proven success and a clear vision of how to maximize earnings either through efficient product launches, authority site build (I will write the content, guest bloggers etc) or other methods as I have an open mind.

In brief, I have traffic (YT) in a hungry niche, I have a product that sells in the niche, I have earned $000's through my channel but due to outside issues last year never grew it out the way I should have.

I want to make sure that 2015 is the year that I make bank with this and am looking for a person with the drive, vision and determination to earn big with me.
