JV partner needed

I have an online platform that delivers a unique, accredited online course. I have been running that for 3 years. It's main markets are English speakers aged 18-30 (70%) and 40-55 (25%)
My product has an average market price of $300, makes an average of $50 in additional product sales, and now for the first time, it has the potential of commission per job placement of $200-400.
In other words, each sale is worth $300 - 750
My issue has always been traffic. I used group discount sites and that was very profitable but then other companies copied my strategy and now there is no money to be made to market it like that. I don't have the necessary skill or now resources to market the course effectively as it should be, via PPC or other paid traffic searches. And I'm new to the IM game as well.
However, the course is very good. As I mentioned it's accredited and the platform is uniquely designed for the purpose of holding the course on. It's fully automated and I have over 10 years industry knowledge and 5 as a training course provider so I have credibility in my niche.
There are an estimated 300 course providers around 50 who offer online courses of this kind . There are around 300 000 courses sold per year. For every 1% of market share we gained, it would around $100-200k profit per year.
If you researched the competition you'll find that only 5-6 are seriously competitive at online marketing. So the potential is there to take 5% of the market and make it a million dollar business. Also there is the avenue of Affiliate marketing, ie something like Click Bank because the course is 98% profit margin. There is currently no competitor in that space. The concept of affiliate marketing is 15-20% where as we could offer 50% +
