Looking for a partner to sell websites

I'm looking for some partners to sell websites in the chiropractic niche. You can see a website at Providence Chiropractors. Many of the sites are on the first page of Bing and Yahoo. This site is no.2.

I have over 100 websites and am looking for some partners to help sell them with a 50/50 split. Your only job will be to sell the sites. It's my responsibility to make all changes to the site after it's sold.

I also have some websites where I've added a Google+ page and a YouTube channel with 3 videos, so it's basically a business-in-a-box for chiropractors.

    From what i see and learn, if adsense present in these professional site, it doesn't look professional, and "just another blog".
    that just my 32 cents

    Hallo, i know this may be out of topics, but if you are willing to run adsense on your 100 sites i can drive a lot of safe and targeted traffic to adsense sites, I am still doing this with other guys and we are earning good income.
