Looking for Someone to help me with Marketing My Training Site Niche Marketing Zorro

Ok,

So,

I'm learning that I am a great Teacher...but a not so great marketer...

Right now I have an awesome training site...and have only got a meager response...and an even smaller sign up...

I can offer newcomers and intermediate instant training via my videos that can be accessed 24/7...Also the site has an array of features that help them to accomplish their goals in the IM world...

The potential for the site/income is huge...but I just don't know how to convince people to sign up...

I hate selling people on my product but feel I might need to...
I'm in a different mindset when it comes down to sales, as I would rather tell people the truth...rather than hype it up.

I always try to under promise and over deliver...

I even put an WSO up and nobody even responded in a reply...

I have seen sites absolutely blow up and make people millions...and theirs are are worse than mine...so I figure it's just in my marketing...

Anyways, Just frustrated and I am willing to pay who ever a % of the actual monthly income from the site...
