2000$ to 5000$ Investment We are ready!! Impress me

Internet marketing is a serious business. If you want to make serious money, you should invest serious money and serious time in internet marketing.
I am ready to invest, Are you guys ready to spend time?
Please propose the high level plan either on this thread or PM me separately, I am fine with both the approach.
The proposal should include:
1) Area : Mobile app development..PPC etc ( I am open minded, you don't need to restrict your ideas to a specific domain/area)
2) Similar work done in the past
3) Revenue model
4) Cut off time by when you will be able to break the capital and start making profitable money
5) Scalability : How this can be expanded in future
More elaborate the plan is, better it is...
Some of examples of the proposals could be:
1) Currently X website is making around 100$ per day.. want to scale it up to 1000$ per day ..Looking at investing on additional promotion..etc..
2) You are making 10$/day profit with PPC.. you want to scale up this to 100$/day or 1000$/day etc.
3) You are making a adsense website that generates 50$ per day.. you want to create 10 more sites so that you can reach a target of 500$ a day..
4) You have worked as a VA in the past and you know a certain method that really works, but unable to do it on your own due to financial constraint.
5) You know a monetizing method of the product that has worked well , but you are unable to scale it up.. eg. you are currently making 10$/day , but you want to scale it up to 100$/day or 1000$/day , but don't have sufficient budget to scale it up.. etc..
6) You have worked on a mobile app that got 1000 downloads in couple of days.. Don't know how to monetize it or want to create more such of them, but don't have a budget of it?
I am looking for a serious business proposal, no time wasters please.
