Looking For Someone To Make Money From Managing My List

I have a unique joint venture opportunity that you are going to want to have a look at.
I currently have a email subscriber list of about 1,200 subscribers and growing. I am looking for someone who is experienced and is willing to write weekly emails to send out to this list.
All income that is earned will be split 50-50. The 50% I receive will be spent in advertising to further increase the size of my list so that we can make more money together. So the more money you make, the bigger the list will get and the more money you will make.
My list is made up of people who are interested in making money online, but who likely do not make much (if any) money online yet.
I am looking for someone who is experienced with direct marketing. You must have a proven track record and you must be able to earn at least $150/month from this list for the first 3 months, and then hopefully more in further months. Obviously the more money you make the more money that will go into your pocket.
I am not looking to make some quick cash from my list, but to develop a long term selling relationship so I can continue to make more and more money from my customers.
I am looking for someone who is interested in doing this for the long term and becoming rich with me. I will use my skills at building lists and you can use yours to market to the list. All you have to do is write one email per week.
The opportunity that lies in the joint venture is the long term opportunity. As you earn money I will invest that money to grow the list. If you can make a few hundred dollars per month with 1,000 subscribers imagine how much you can be making when my list grows to 10,000 and 100,000 subscribers.
