Seeking Website Flipping Partner With Capital

Hello,

My name is Tristan Gemus and I am a very experienced web developer and internet marketer in Toronto, Ontario.

I am seeking a partner who is interested in the business of flipping websites.

I have had much success on a smaller scale, seeing 200% returns and more.

I need to move this to a larger scale to see some real income. I essentially need a partner (not investor) with capital to bring, and of course any skills you may also wield.

If this is something that interests you, I am interested in meeting you and going from there.

We will work on a project by project basis.

    I really wish I knew how to do this ind of stuff. Unfortunately I only know how to do freelance writing, content, and copy writing and stuff like that. I also know illustration and animation, but that's it. Logo design also.

    I would like to evaluate your websites, are they turnkey or are they well established and already earning income?

    Personally I find websites making $180 000 in revenue a year or more a very easy sale.

    However many smaller websites do have potential. It just a matter of the niche you choose.

    I have vast experience. Sold a website for 315,000 last year. I just don't have the capital. Or I'd go in this with you.

    I had a notion to go through the evergreen niche list and make sites based off that. However the investor I had passed on therefore leaving me with no money to invest.
