I Recruit, Train, and Manage Sales Teams

I own a sales outsourcing company and a sales automation software company. I'm always looking for a great product or service that I believe has good market potential to build a sales team for.

I've recruited and managed over 150 outside sales reps and over 225 lead generation/appointment setting reps throughout my career.

I really look for great opportunities to work with people who know what their doing and have a great product or service. For the right product or service I can recruit, train and manage commission based and commission only sales teams.

I'm open to discussing any potential partnership. In all fairness I won't work on every single project and depending on the type of service but I do promise i'll be upfront about my assessment of what your trying to accomplish and we'll decide it's a great fit or not the right time.

PS: I'm especially interested in working with experts that know how to generate calls for local businesses like plumbers, roofers, locksmiths, lawyers etc on a pay per call basis/model. We have a proven model for consistent scalable sales of this type of pay per call program but I need to work with a partner on the fulfillment.
